Delete Your Account
This page explains exactly how to permanently delete your PRSquad account and associated data.
Delete directly in the app
- Open PRSquad and sign in to your account.
- Go to your Profile page.
- Tap the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm deletion to permanently remove your account.
Can not access the app?
If you cannot sign in, you can request account deletion by email:
Use the email address linked to your PRSquad account so we can verify and process your request securely.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and login credentials.
- Your workout logs and personal training history.
- Your social posts and in-app activity tied to your account.
- Your badge and milestone progress.
Data retention details
- Account deletion requests are processed as soon as possible, usually within 7 days.
- Required transactional or legal records may be retained for up to 30 days where needed for compliance and fraud prevention.
- Backups are automatically purged on a rolling schedule and are fully removed within 30 days.
